    <content type="html">Hello anyone,If you speak Chinese I'd appreciate your help in translating &lt;br /&gt;this note. I found it in my college library as far as i know it's a physics'&lt;br /&gt;note but I'm curious to find out what it actually says.     <title>Art project</title>
